What we need from you
We need the link to your entry, if you don't have one please send us the email address associated with your Facebook account so we can find you!
To find the link to your entry, go to your entry page and copy the link at the top of the page, then paste the link in the message to us!
What payment gateway did you use?
We only have 2 payment methods: PayPal or Stripe (Stripe is 'card payment' see below note).
If you used PayPal to pay, please provide us with the email address for your PayPal account.
If you used Stripe to pay, please provide us with the email address for your Stripe account (see below).
Do you want a refund of the money, or the missing product added to your account?
If you want a refund, we're happy to help! Just let us know that is your preffered outcome.
If you would rather the product you paid for (gems or spins) we can add these onto your account manually if you please let us know how many you're missing!
NOTE: stripe appears as a 'card payment' where you input your card details into our site, however, this is actually the website 'Stripe' and we use their card input model on our website. When we ask for your stripe details we are asking for the email address that appears at the top of the confirmation of payment:
